This policy explains how Analytorex handles personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, including Québec's Law 25 where it applies.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, company.
• Billing details, processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Research subjects you enter and reports you create.
• Usage data and, with your consent, analytics cookies.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payments, send account and billing notices, answer support requests and improve the product.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run Analytorex (hosting, payments, email) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on secure cloud servers. We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
