1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of analytorex.com ("Analytorex", "we").
2. The service
Analytorex is an AI research platform that produces reports and comparisons from publicly available information. It does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, does not execute trades and does not manage money.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are monthly subscriptions: Research $400 CAD/month, Professional $600 CAD/month, Advanced $800 CAD/month, plus applicable taxes.
- You are charged on the day you subscribe and every month on the same date until you cancel.
- We will email you at least 30 days before any price change.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime in Account → Billing or by emailing billing@analytorex.com. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Accuracy
Reports are generated with AI and may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Analytorex to break the law, infringe others' rights, or resell reports without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Analytorex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province or territory where you reside.
